In order to ensure your safety & the safety of our community, travelers to Aspen 10 and over must complete a Traveler Affidavit Prior to or upon arrival in Aspen.
NOTICE: individuals who test positive for or have been exposed to COVID-19, while in Colorado, will need to extend their stay at their own expense to complete isolation or
quarantine requirements by order of the state of Colorado and Pitkin County.
MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED in SNOW QUEEN COMMON AREAS and in ASPEN
Hand-sanitizer is available in our Kitchen/Parlor
We use CDC approved disinfectants & electrostatic sprayers throughout the hotel to sanitize surfaces
Snow Queen SAFETY PROTOCOLS
HOUSEKEEPING, CHECK-IN & BREAKFAST
Guests are given the option for remote pre-check-in, thereby avoiding a front desk check-in. Text communications offer another convenient way for guests to correspond with staff
- Housekeepers are required to wear gloves and masks.
- Maid service is only performed for guests staying 6+ days for safety reasons, however fresh towels are available upon request. Guests may not be present in the room during housekeeping service
Hot Tub & Parlor
- One family group allowed at a time please. Party size limited to established maximums as recommended by CDC or local and state government.
- For your safety our normal breakfast service has been modified based on current pitkin county guidelines.
